Returns the client-specific option string specified at client registration. \p client_id is the client ID passed to dr_client_main().

\deprecated This routine is replaced by dr_client_main()’s arguments and by dr_get_option_array(). The front-end \p drrun and other utilities now re-quote all tokens, providing simpler option passing without escaping or extra quote layers. This routine, for compatibility, strips those quotes off and returns a flat string without any token-delimiting quotes.
