# GDPR and Cyber Security Training

This is a guide on how to ensure you have completed the right organisational learning modules to access a Turing TRE.

## Required modules

The required modules are:

1. UK GDPR - **All modules**
2. Cyber Security Awareness

## Process

1. For each course module from the above, see if you have a certificate saved on your computer. If not, try logging into [Turing Cyberlearn](https://turing.cyberlearn.app/courses) (Bob's Business) and dowloading the most recent certificate from there.

2. If you are unable to obtain a certificate, please contact the Turing [Professional Development team](mailto:professionaldevelopment@turing.ac.uk)

3. Send your certificates to the `trusted research team <role_trusted_research_data_manager>`.

4. Where your training is incomplete or out of date, you will be contacted by the Project Manager to complete this.
