# Validate data ingress requirements

> This task is the responsibility of {ref}`role_tresa`.

1. The {ref}`role_project_team` will send {ref}`role_tresa` the TRE Data Ingress Process Form via DocuSign
2. {ref}`role_tresa` should review the form and any supporting documents in the `data-ingress -> Supporting documents` folder on SharePoint
3. If the {ref}`role_tresa` is happy with the data ingress process, the Operations and Deployments representatives can confirm by signing the document
