# Setup project folder

In the [TRESA Sharepoint](https://thealanturininstitute.sharepoint.com/sites/tresa/SitePages/Home.aspx), navigate to `Documents -> project_sres`.

You will need to be signed in to an `@turing.ac.uk` account to see the Sharepoint folder.

Copy the `00-template` folder to a new folder named similarly to existing projects (_e.g._ `YYYY-MM project name`).
All important documents related to a TRE project should be saved here.
Make sure you give edit access to this folder to relevant members of the {ref}`role_project_team`.
