# Submit project details

> This task is the responsibility of {ref}`role_project_team`.

Each project will need to pay for the Azure credits that they use.
Although {ref}`role_tresa` can take care of making the request, they will need the following information from each project.
Please email `trustedresearch@turing.ac.uk`, providing the following information:

## Required information

- **Project title:** Name of the project
- **Research programme:** Research programme that the project belongs to
- **PI name:** Name of PI for this project
- **PI email:** Email of PI for this project
- **Turing project code:** The project code that will be used for billing. If you don't know the project code, please ask the project PI.
- **End date:** End date of project.
  - **Note** If your project needs to cross a financial year boundary, you may need to make two requests. Please get in touch with {ref}`TRESA <role_tresa>` and the Research Compute Platforms team <ResearchComputePlatforms@turing.ac.uk> to discuss further.
- **Research justification:** A brief (100 words) research justification for this project.
- **Users who need to see costs:** Names and email addresses for anyone from the project team who wants visibility of the actual spend on Azure. Note: this will need to be an `@turing.ac.uk` email address and the user will need to have an account with this email on Azure
- **Costing/Compute time breakdown:** Estimate the costings using the breakdowns and estimates from {ref}`project_costing`.
- **[Optional] Azure Subscription ID:** If you already have an active Azure subscription you wish to use for the TRE.
