(update_logs)= # Update user & TRE logs > This task is the responsibility of {ref}`role_tresa`. Once a TRE has been torn down and the relevant users have been deleted, the {ref}`role_tresa` should update the central record of all users and SREs to reflect this change. This is done in the centralised spreadsheet on the TRESA Sharepoint that can be found in `Documents` -> `information_governance` -> `all_users_and_projects`.
