Roles#

For any project using a TRE at Turing, there should be a Project Team who liase with the Trusted Research Environments Service Area (TRESA) to ensure all the Tasks are completed.

Project Team#

The project team that will carry out the research project. We require a designated staff member at the Turing with overall responsibility for creating and monitoring the project to be a point of contact for the Trusted Research Environments Service Area (TRESA). Usually this is the Project Manager.

This person should consult the Project team guidance and can assign responsibility to carry out Project Team Tasks as they see fit.

Trusted Research Environments Service Area (TRESA)#

A designated team at the Turing who are responsible for deploying, managing and monitoring all projects using TREs - usually members of the Research Engineering Group (REG). You can contact the team at trustedresearch@turing.ac.uk.
