Ask an existing member of TRESA to give you access to the trusted-research GitHub repo
Check you can view (and add to) the following (bookmark these):
Get an existing Trusted Research member to email Turing IT and ask them to give you access to the trusted research inbox.
Once this is done, you can go to
in Outlook, search for “DSH operations team”, then clickAdd
.
Fortnightly meetings#
The trusted research lead should update the team on any changes to the project boards (see above) and assign issues as appropriate.
The trusted research lead should discuss any issues the team is having with deployments
For any new upcoming projects, it should be discussed who will take primary responsibility for handling tasks for that TRE. Assign this person to the GitHub issue once it has been made.
Coordinate Data Study Groups when they are upcoming
Consult the DSG team or check the Turing website on dates
Coordinate annual leave of the TRESA team and who is available to cover the DSG - see Data Study Groups (DSGs)
In every other meeting (every 4 weeks) assign a data manager to carry out the Regular Tasks in their own time
Encourage the person who did this last to report any changes that were made as a result of these checks
