Request TRE teardown

This task is the responsibility of Project Team.

Ensure you are satisfied that the project is over and that users no longer require access to the TRE, but note that the data (both inputs and outputs) will not be deleted by tearing down the TRE compute infrastructure.

TRE Project Termination Form

1. In your SharePoint folder, go to project-termination -> Turing TRE Project Termination

2. Fill in the required project details:

   • Project name: The name of your project

3. Share the TRE Project Termination Form to sign via DocuSign with the named parties, then inform Trusted Research Environments Service Area (TRESA) (trustedresearch@turing.ac.uk).

4. Add the signed document to the SharePoint folder project-termination -> signed
