Project initialisation

This task is the responsibility of Project Team.

You will receive a link to a SharePoint folder from Trusted Research Environments Service Area (TRESA) containing all the relevant documents required for completion to safely deploy a TRE. Keep a link to this folder saved as you’ll need to access it a lot to complete various steps!

Project initialisation has 3 steps:

• Emergency contacts

• Responsibility delegation

• Project classification

After these are complete, you should have a completed Turing Trusted Research Environment (TRE) Project Initialisation form:

1. Send a DocuSign document out to the relevant people as laid out in the form to confirm they are happy with the decisions made

2. Save the document as a PDF in the signed folder within the project-initiation folder on SharePoint
